Kudlaini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the ancient mother of all yoga and is also known as 'the Yoga of Awareness'. Kundalini Yoga works deeply on the nervous and glandular systems, and yet compared to other types of yoga the postures are simple and easy to perform. The kriyas (a series of exercises) are highly effective. 

It can be practiced by people of any age and physical condition. The beneficial effects are quickly felt. Kundalini Yoga opens the way to better health, mental balance, body awareness and mindfulness.

 


Yin Yoga + Mindfulness Class

Each session starts with Embodied Mindfulness Meditation practice while you lie down on your back. Yin yoga is a meditative physical asana practice that focuses on stimulating the meridians, which are energetic pathways in the body. All poses are done sitting down or lying down. We will stay in the poses up to 6 minutes, practicing mindful awareness, connecting with breath and softening into the experience.

We use the props where needed to support your practice. Suitable for complete beginners and advance practitioners.

Kids Cooking Club

These Grow-Make-Eat children’s club inspire and excite young minds through hands on cooking activities using organic whole ingredients.

Each session the group will be guided to work together to make small dishes and bites that give them ownership and confidence to try at home. Of course they will get to share their creations with their new friends and parents. All clubs are drop off and include organic dishes that the children prepare and share with friends and family.
