Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine. Sometimes, the practice is also called “yoga of awareness.” You need to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow & your water bottle.

Open Meditation.

Open Meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. If you have a meditation technique that works for you, you can practice it in our group. If you need a little guidance, the introduction at the start of each session will tell you all you need to know to participate fully in the session. You are invited for herbal tea & a group chat at the end.

Tai Chi & Qigong.

In this class, you will be introduced to short and long Qigong exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques as well as to the study of Tai Chi principles through individual movements and exercises. At a later point the Tai Chi form will be introduced and studied in detail.  Beginners are warmly welcome.
